Keith Motors of Christchurch: Just Received a Reward for Quality Service Work
The certificate was awarded to Keith Motors of Christchurch service manager Colin Walker and his dedicated service team at Christchurch on Thursday.
Presenting the reward was Ford Motor Company Business Manager Andy Sanders who said …
"I was really pleased when I saw that Keith Motors was in the Top 20 Dealers in the UK for Quality of Work as I know the team there really do make every effort to do a good job for their customers and they really do care"
The RAC inspections are carried out by independent engineers and are unannounced.
I am looking forward to seeing Keith Motors in the Top 20 again next year, they are shinning ambassadors for the quality that Ford Motor Company stands for – well done"
The Certificate was awarded to the service workshop in recognition of their pass rate of 100% of all the independent quality audits that were conducted by specialists from the RAC during 2009.
Colin Walker said I am very proud of my service department we all try very hard to give a good honest service and complete the work to the high standards that is expected and we thrive to deliver the very best.
This certificate was awarded to only 20 Premium Dealers though out the Country.
