    • I do not live locally to Keith Motors Christchurch. Approx. 3 years I was on the Motorway driving to the coast and had a problem with my Kuga of that time. On arrival at my destination I started looking for a local Ford agent and found my way to Keith Motors where I found them to be very helpful. My own local Ford agent, from whom I had purchased my car, had unfortunately closed and so when the next service was due I took my car to Keith Motors.     • The staff at Keith Motors Verwood were good because I know all the staff there and they go out of their way to help me, whether it relates to servicing or buying a car. Earlier this year I had a lot of work done on a previous car to get it through the MOT. However, it failed on emissions, which was unexpected. Ford did not charge me for the work.     • I'd endorse Keith Motors Christchurch because Ryan was very open and placed no pressure on me to buy. I found him to be honest and helpful throughout the process. The car was presented well and I was allowed to take it out on a test drive, and it was that sold the car to me. Susequently there was one minor problem which Keith Motors are in the process of sorting out and any delay has not been their fault and I would like to praise Colin and staff for the way that they have dealt with this and managing to solve the problem and bring it to a successful conclusion. I have already recommended Keith Motors in my conversations with my acquaintances especially for the way that they have attended to me and the way that they have stuck with the problem. There is one other person I would like to praise and that is the telephone receptionist, she comes over as having a truly lovely personality and I can say that her cheerful and welcoming answers on the phone are more than acceptable and encouraging.
